Champion Care is currently interviewing for a Regional Marketing Director. This position will be responsible for our Northern Wisconson consisting of locations in: Antigo, WI (2 - SNF and ALF) and Laona, WI .

The Regional Marketing Director will be responsible for driving individualized strategies for census development in the Northern Wisconsin territory. The Regional Marketing Director will also provide strong leadership, direction, and oversight to the Clinical Liaisons. We are seeking an individual with previous SNF (skilled nursing facility) sales and marketing experience. Having regional SNF sales and marketing experience preferred.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Managing, cultivating, and driving physician, social worker, discharge planner, and hospital relationships 
• Overseeing and ensuring facility census goals are met
• Executing marketing to referral sources
• Conducting market assessments and developing strategies to maximize admissions
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Multi-facility experience strongly preferred.
• Strong health care community relations experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in SNF sales and marketing or clinical liaison
